The main investment contract. Contains the full terms of your investment including discount rate, valuation cap, conversion triggers, and investor protections.
Subscription Form
Your commitment form. Completed and returned alongside the signed ASA to confirm your investment amount and investor details.
Company Documents
Certificate of Incorporation
1in7 Ltd — Companies House registration document confirming incorporation and company number.
Articles of Association
1in7 Ltd's current constitutional document. These will be amended when the ASA converts and new shares are issued at Series A.
SEIS Advance Assurance (HMRC)
HMRC's confirmation that shares issued on conversion will qualify for SEIS tax relief. Provided when received — in progress.
